CIPROFLOXACIN INFUSION 200MG
Composition:
Each 100ml contains Ciporfloxacin 200mg .
Pharmacology and toxicity:
Broad spectrum aerobicidal quinolone antibiotic. In vitro ciprofloxacin lactat can resist all of the G-Bacteria effectively . It also has effect on the resistance of G+ bacteria. But it has lower sensibility for the anaerobic bacteria. As a kind of bactericidal agnet, ciprofloxacin can inhibit DNA screw enzyme , preventing them from the metabolism , and lead to bacteria dead.
Pharmacokinetics :
After administering by intravenous drip 0.2g or 0.4g , the plasma peak concentration ( Cmax) is 2.1mg/ml and 4.6mg/ml respectively .The medicine distributes widely to all kinds of tissues and body liquids ( including cerebrospinal fluid) , the concentration in the tissues usually exceed theconcentration in the plasma.
The binding rate with protein is about 20% -40% . 50% -70% of Ciprofloxacin Lactate is excreted , about 15% of the medicine is excreted as metabolism and a large amount of the medicine is excreted in bile and dejection .
